Today, on December 5th, 2024, we had the honor of joining over 17 peacebuilding partners in Yei River County, Central Equatoria state, at the Secretariat’s conference hall. Together, we engaged in fruitful discussions and collectively adopted the 2024 Peacebuilding Plan in collaboration with the Peacebuilding department in Yei and our esteemed partner, UNMISS.

Through shared insights and expertise, we developed a comprehensive plan to promote sustainable peace and stability in Yei River County and beyond.

Plans for next year 2024: Voters Civic Education for the Dec 2024 Elections As we look ahead to the upcoming year, one of the key initiatives outlined in the Peacebuilding Plan is the implementation of voter civic education for the December 2024 Elections. This crucial endeavor aims to empower citizens with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate actively and responsibly in the electoral process.
