Empowering Change: Yamora Engages in Training on Transitional Justice Mechanism
Yamora is thrilled to participate in a Training of Trainers session on Transitional Justice Mechanism, which commenced earlier this morning on April 27th, 2023. This significant event focuses on Chapter V of the 2018 Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan (R-ARCSS).
Insights from Jackline Nasiwa, Executive Director of the Center for Inclusive Governance Peace and Justice During the opening remarks, #Jackline_Nasiwa, the Executive Director of the Center for Inclusive Governance Peace and Justice, emphasized the relevance of Transitional Justice for South Sudan. She highlighted successful implementations of this concept in other countries and urged Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to harness its potential for positive change. #Jackline_Nasiwa outlined key processes necessary for compensation and reparations, encouraging CSOs to familiarize themselves with these procedures.

Participants are immersed in discussions and activities aimed at enhancing their understanding of this critical aspect of post-conflict reconciliation and healing.
